Terms & Conditions for Infused Paint Party & Game Night

1. Event Participation

• By purchasing a ticket and attending the Infused Paint Party & Game Night, attendees agree to comply with all event guidelines and policies.

• This event is strictly 21+; a valid government-issued ID may be required for entry.

• The event includes infused products. Participants acknowledge that they are consuming these products at their own discretion and risk. Consumption is not required to attend.

2. Responsible Consumption

• Attendees are expected to consume responsibly. Excessive consumption or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the event without a refund.

• If you feel unwell at any point, please notify event staff immediately.

• The organizers assume no responsibility for any adverse reactions or effects resulting from consumption.

3. Ticket Policy

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

• Tickets are non-transferable without prior written consent from the event organizers.

4. Liability Waiver

• By attending, participants agree to release the event organizers, venue, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur before, during, or after the event.

• Attendees assume full responsibility for their actions and any consequences resulting from participation in activities, including painting and gaming.

5. Photography & Media Consent

• By attending, you grant permission for the use of photos and videos taken at the event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event staff upon arrival.

6. Conduct & Safety

• Respectful behavior is required at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.

• The event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who poses a safety concern to others.

7. Event Changes & Cancellation

• The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, location, or offerings as necessary.

• In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and provided with refund options.

8. Personal Belongings

• Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The event organizers and venue are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
